Now,
as with any investment, be it time or money, you need to do your due diligence
and make sure the group is time-worthy. You have to know however, whether a
group has 5 members and is just getting started, or whether they have 20
seasoned members, it’s up to you to help the Facilitator make the group
worthwhile by doing everything you can to make it better. If all members have
this attitude, it cannot fail.
It
should be a goal every time your group meets, that each member brings a guest
to the next meeting. Enhance the fact
that members have an opportunity to give their business presentation in front
of the group of business professionals that want to learn about their business.
As members learn about their business, they will gain trust and be more eager
to give referrals.
It’s
important that when you visit a Leads Group that you pay attention to:

Starting on time
·
A meeting agenda
·
Good energy in the group
·
Good explanation of the types of leads to pass
·
Leads being passed
·
Ability to present your business
·
Announcement of next meeting date
·
Stopping on time
